LNT seeks to cast an inclusive & diverse company 


Work with professionals and other students dedicated to pursuing excellence and exceeding expectations with dedicated commitment.  
All your favorite characters from L Frank Baum's Wizard of Oz are in this enchanting dance-musical which is the vehicle for our most advanced intensive. 

Stretch your triple-threat potential as LNT’s professional directors provide participants with new tools and self-awareness to grow your acting, singing and dancing skills (often helping participants exceed what they thought possible of themselves.)

Designed for aspiring professionals, the focus is on honing new skills through a rigorous & intense professional rehearsal process with specialized classes including character-development, physical acting, voice, choreography & dance, theater protocols and “biz-savvy” audition prep.
Highest levels of concentration, collaboration, openness, ensemble-spirit, and self-discipline and self-motivation are demanded.

Culminates in a fully-staged, professionally designed and directed production running for 5 performances. ending moment of letters scene Mary Poppins 2017
General auditions for acceptance into the Intensive’s Ensemble are in March & May. 
Callbacks for specific roles (within the ensemble) are June 21, 2019; 4-6:30pm. 
Notification of roles and distribution of scripts occurs early in July, giving cast members 3-4 weeks to memorize lines and lyrics before starting rehearsals. 
In two-weeks, ensemble members mount a full production of this timeless classic.

Led by choreographer Leon Evans ("Seaweed" in LNT's 2016 Hairspray), Taryn Noelle (winner, 2017 Gov’s Award for Excellence in Art Education.) and other professional theater educators to be announced soon!
