Jon Gailmor in concert kicks off LNT’s February Frolics. Humor and audience involvement are integral parts of any performance by Vermont’s singer-songwriter showman Jon Gailmor. He believes in songs that make people feel alive! Jon’s concert & songs will vastly entertain you while leaving you in stitches or moving you to tears. Jon blew the roof off City Hall as part of LNT-Aid, we're thrilled to have him back on stage for a full concert. February Frolics Benefit Concert Series also featuring Patrick Ross & Hot Flannel Feb 14; and Dave Keller Feb 21 7:30pm Saturdays Tix: $15 in advance; $20 at door (kids 11 & under $10, or free per accompanying paying adult)
Patrick Ross & Hot Flannel cook up something special for the Valentine’s Day installment of February Frolics. From the hills of Vermont comes a band that has chewed through the electric fences and let the cows loose. Following his performance with Rusty Dewees (The Logger) at LNT-Aid, fiddler, Patrick Ross is back with his own band, Hot Flannel. Hot Flannel is a crackerjack acoustic band including lead vocals, fiddle, cello, mandolin, guitar, and upright bass. It’s a New England blend of Bluegrass, Folk, Americana and barn-burning fiddle tunes. Guest artists will add another log to the fire, and people will not be able to resist getting to their feet to dance along! One of the finest soul & blues men of his generation, Dave Keller gives a solo concert to wrap up February Frolics. "I'm really looking forward to playing at LNT for their February Frolics series. I'll be doing a stripped-down show - just me and my guitar and voice - and will be bringing a bunch of new songs. I think it will be nice to share the songs in a sit-down, theater setting. There's something about being on a big stage with an attentive audience, with the natural reverb and the spotlight, singing and playing the songs in such an unadorned way, that brings the meaning of the songs out in finer detail. It should be a very special show." - Dave Keller February Frolics Benefit Concert Series also featuring Jon Gailmor Feb 7; and Patrick Ross & Hot Flannel Feb 14 7:30pm Saturdays Tix: $15 in advance; $20 at door (kids 11 & under $10, or free per accompanying paying adult)
