April 4–21:  I AM MY OWN WIFE

by Doug Wright

starring fan favorite Stoph Scheer.

"saucy, sagacious, entirely fascinating"
 -
 Village Voice  "

A truly remarkable experience in the theatre, I AM MY OWN WIFE is a must-see…” - NY Theatre

Meet Charlotte von Mahlsdorf: a real-life trans woman who managed to survive Nazi Germany and the East German Communist regime.

I Am My Own Wife won the 2004 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 2004 Tony Award for Best Play.

In the past few years, Stoph became one of the first openly trans and non-binary people to ever puppeteer in Hollywood. Well known for playing multiple characters of different genders in numerous Lost Nation shows such as The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged], The Mystery of Irma Vep, and The Hound of the Baskervilles, Stoph returns to tackle this challenging and charming solo show, where they once again play numerous characters of all genders!

May 30–June 16: THREE SISTERS, FOUR WOMEN

By Laura Michele Erle and Samantha Haviland

An intimate, fun, and modern reimagining of Anton Chekhov’s classic story of hope in the hardest times.
One that puts The Three Sisters themselves point of view front and center!

Get privy to the inner lives - and secret loves - of our protagonists: the three sisters, and their 'interloper' sister in law, as family and personal politics threaten to drive them apart.

Laura Erle is well known to Lost Nation Theater audiences for her work as an actor in such shows as Sense & Sensibility (2017), Twelfth Night (2018) and Turn of the Screw (2019).

We are delighted to welcome her - and her new play which received its world premiere at NYC's SoHo Shakespeare - for our 35th Anniversary Season at City Hall!
LNT presents the Regional Premiere!

IT'S TIME TO DANCE!

Eric Love is back to direct this award winning Spectacular!

Taryn Noelle choreographs!

Tim Guiles is our musical director!

Down-on-their-luck Broadway stars shake up a small Indiana town as they rally behind a teen who just wants to go to the prom with her girlfriend.

And like Hairspray back in 2016, our directors & designers' ingenuity will make this big show fit into the theater!

Among others, The Prom features Taryn Noelle, Kathleen Keenan, a host of local triple-threat teens, and stage veterans in their LNT debut, plus LNT founder Kim Bent making his first "song and dance" big musical debut!!

"A Smart Big-Hearted Musical!"
