Lost Nation Theater’s “Passport Adventure Game” invites you to take a ‘round-the-town journey to 8 exotic locations represented by 8 amazing downtown Montpelier businesses. This exciting treasure hunt is inspired by LNT’s  production of “Around the World in 80 Days”, running July 6-23, at LNT’s chamber theater home in Montpelier’s City Hall Art Center. Complete your journey by getting your Passport stamped at all 8 places around town, and you’ll win show discounts, valuable prizes, and a chance to win 2 complimentary show-of-choice tickets, good through the end of LNT’s 2017 Season.

Start your journey at the Montpelier City Clerk’s (Consulate) Office where you’ll claim your Passport and get your first clue to your first destination. Once you’re there, you’ll find your clue to the next, and so on, until you’ve visited 8 Downtown Businesses. Then, redeem your Passport at LNT for discount tickets, valuable prizes, and an opportunity to win 2 show-of-choice tickets to any performance in LNT’s 2017 Season.

It’s all part of the hilarious fun of “Around the World in 80 Days”, an adaptation of the Jules Verne novel featuring 5 incredibly versatile actors playing almost 40 different characters, opening July 6th and running Thursdays – Sundays, through July 23rd.  As this play (and LNT’s Passport Adventure Game) proves, there’s nothing like a deadline to inspire ingenuity, make a laundry hose into an elephant, and magically transform a stage into the whole world.
