A funny and poignant play about women, clothes & reclamation ... and why we rarely have pockets!
The playwright began by interviewing women to hear their personal stories of what they wear and why.
“Lucky for me, the women I talked to were generous, willing to take the time to share their experiences with clothes,” notes Vasta Folley. “Some were triumphant, others were heartbreaking, and many were hilarious. It was as if we were in a dressing room together lamenting over fit, size discrepancies, lack of pockets, and the brutality of three-way mirrors."
Written with support from the Vermont Arts Council, the Vermont Community Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts, Control Top’s mission was to examine the impact of gendered clothing on women.
Two PERFORMANCES: 7:30pm Thursday and Friday October 22 & 23 (new dates!)
All tickets purchased for the previously scheudled Sept 3 & 4 performances will be honored on any of these new dates.

LNT will livestream the Thursday performance, and a digital recording will be available through Saturday Oct 24.
Run Time: approximately 90 minutes, performed without intermission. The show is followed by a talk-balk for those interested, after a short break.
